Year Built: Constructed in the 1940s, but renovated in 2007
Structural Form: Low rise building consisting of a truss walkway bridge and a cantilever roof at a corner of the building
Historical Details: Skinner Hall was built in the 1940s, but now used as the facility for a new School of Nursing. It did not support todays nursing curriculum and ancillary uses. The existing structure was demolished down to the frame and exterior skin/roof. The existing facility was renovated and adapted to the Schools program requirements with new mechanical and electrical systems, wireless ethernet, and fully functional patient bed teaching labs.
